Amenities and Features

Swim laps in 86-degree comfort—our sparkling indoor pool features two lanes. Enjoy water aerobics and other aquatic programs designed to help you gently tone and condition your body in a relaxed environment.

Personal Training

Strength training and conditioning are available at various levels, designed to help you realize your personal fitness goals.

Therapy

The Waterford is the only public health and fitness club in Bismarck that offers Keiser and NuStep equipment, which are designed specifically for people in rehabilitation as well as active adults.

Waterford Health & Fitness Club offers Bismarck’s broadest array of classes and programs supporting active adults and those in continuing rehabilitation.
