Low-impact aerobics, muscle work, exercise ball fitness, water Yolates, and training with weight equipment.

I love photography, reading, music, swimming, working with youth (I’m a YoungLife/WyldLife leader.), participating in church activities, and spending time with family and friends.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Mary. In addition, I am certified as a Health and Fitness Instructor from the American College of Sports Medicine.
Specialties
Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga; working with people who have arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, pulmonary disease, and other health challenges.
Personal interests
Hiking, camping, cooking, reading, and watching—and playing—tennis and soccer.

Fitness philosophy
Everything is good in moderation. Whether it is eating a cookie, getting on a treadmill, or taking a long bath, to truly accomplish our goals, we need to find the balance between all aspects of our lives.
